Description
Hebei Haihao Group manufactures slip-on flanges in carbon, alloy and stainless steel from forged blanks, machined to ASME B16.5, B16.47, EN 1092-1, GB/T 9112-9124 and JIS / DIN equivalents. Suitable for both pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-equipment connections including reducer-gear flanges.
Applications
Oil & gas, refinery and petrochemical plants, power generation, chemical and pharmaceutical, shipbuilding and offshore, pressure vessel and equipment connections.

Standards: ASME B16.5 / B16.47, MSS SP-44, EN 1092-1, GB/T 9112-9124, JIS B2220, DIN 2627-2638. Material: ASTM A105 / A182 F304/F316; carbon, alloy, stainless steel. Size range: 1/2" - 60" (DN15 - DN1500). Pressure: Class 150 - Class 600 / PN 6 - PN 100. Faces: RF / FF / RTJ / Tongue-Groove / Male-Female. NDT: visual, dimensional, RT/UT/PT/MT and PMI on request.

Similar / alternate materials
Service conditions for the listed grade are limited. The following alternates are commonly specified when temperature, medium or pressure deviates. Final selection must be reviewed by a qualified materials engineer.
For low-temperature service A105 should be replaced by A350 LF2 (paired with A420 WPL6 fittings).
