Description

Hebei Haihao Group manufactures pipe elbows in carbon, alloy and stainless steel for oil & gas, power, chemical, shipbuilding and pressure vessel piping projects. Forming processes include hot pushing, pressing, cold extrusion, mandrel pushing and middle-frequency induction bending.

Applications

Oil & gas pipelines, refinery and petrochemical plants, power generation (thermal / nuclear / wind), chemical and pharmaceutical plants, shipbuilding, pressure vessel piping, district heating and water supply.

Standards: ASME B16.9 / B16.28, MSS SP-43/75, EN 10253, GB/T 12459, GB/T 13401. Material: ASTM A234 WPB/WP11/WP22; A403 WP304/WP316/WP347; A420 WPL6; A860 WPHY. Size range: 1/2" - 48" (DN15 - DN1200). Pressure / wall: Sch 5S - Sch XXS / PN 6 - PN 420. NDT: 100% visual + dimensional, RT/UT/PT/MT and PMI on request.
